Separate configuration screen

Inbox(es):

• support multiple inbox destinations (sublists)
• whether to append/prepend
• rearrange order
• choose default inbox, or always sticky the most recent choice

Default format for clipped items:

• e.g.: %u = url / %d = domain / %t = title / %s = selected text / %D = date / %T = time
