Add basic PacBio support? #96

Rotary is close to supporting PacBio already (e.g., using Flye), but some steps would need to be specific to Nanopore (e.g., polishing) or maybe also specific to PacBio. We should look into the requirements for PacBio and consider adding support for it into rotary.
