meeting time drop down times are too restrictive on 2 fronts

Thank you for this theme. I have started using it for hvrc.net . The drop down selectors for meeting times in the "Doors Open", "Program Starts"and "Program Ends" fields offer times on half hour boundaries. This is too restrictive for clubs that work to times on the quarter hour. The "Program Ends" has a latest finish time of 9:30, which is too early. TIA Kelvin Goodson

Brilliant, many thanks! There's a tiny cosmetic error in the fix that I don't really need fixed but you may like to. The drop down boxes for times show two 9:45s and zero 10:00s . However if you select the second 9:45 it shows up as 10:00 on the web page.
