tried to add the skill bonuses of perks as outlined in the perks.ini, couldnt figure out how to romove outdoorsman effect of the ranger perks, also Im not sure if I should have taken the bonuses provided in Fallout 2 vanilla into account

also changed master trader description in case the 25% barter bonus doesnt give a 25% discount i dont know if my perk changes are any good but anyways here it goes XD

I also noticed that the survivalist perk gives a 25% outdoorman bonus in fallout 2, which isnt a thing in fallout 1 since the perk only takes effect during dehydration and rockfall encounters which is implemented into et tu furthermore I adjusted the hp values in the description of the faster healing and healer perk to represent the values from fallout 2, since for such minor differences its not nescessary to try and figure out how to change the perk effects

maybe i figured out how to get this work if my assumption that my values are applied after the hardcoded fallout 2 ones is correct and „added“ negative values „counter“ the hardcoded fallout 2 bonuses, speaker in patched fallout 2 already gives the speech bonus of 20 so i removed that one

EDIT: I used wiki infos( i know they’re not very reliable but now idea how to get that info otherwise) as a base for the values of the fallout 2 vanilla bonuses where sometimes it was referenced as values after a patch which i assume is included in the vanilla game atleast nowadays

what I also stumbled across is that some wikis say the Night Vision perk reduces the darkness penalties in fallout 2 by 20% with one rank and by 10 % with three ranks in fallout 1 But according to some guy testing this in fallout 2 in 2016 it actually gives a 10 % reduced penalty aswell, so the changes in the perk.ini giving the perk 3 ranks should make it work like in fallout 1, if this is correct/up to date data. Otherwise you would get a up to 60 % reduced darkness penalty with the perk.ini settings and the perk description would be incorrect.

EDIT 2: Im also not sure how to handle the fact that some perks have multiple ranks, in this case i think those are the ranger and survivalist perks
