Master trader f1 barter formula #264

Makes the customisable Master Trader value from the perk.ini also effect the f1 barter formula in the respective mod. Atleast I think this change does that.

The script is already working the way it's supposed to. Also you need to test your script changes in the actual game. Your changes here are nonsensical and don't do what you think they do (they do nothing).
