This release starts V13 phase, which will end whenever interested server(s) complete their migration. We want at least one server for testing; if there won't be anyone interested, or server(s) decide to stick with FOnline after migration attempt, V13 will end automagically at least month after v1 is released.

As of now, release folder and its structure is mostly prepared during build process; should be handy when/if custom builds will be needed. Final packing and related tasks requires running additional, cmake-based script (so there won't be much problem with adding other platforms) which can also fully automate whole build process. ChangeLog have to be added manually.

Release package will contain:

• ASCompiler, Client, Mapper, Server (windows binaries and stripped .pdb only)
• extensions/scripts headers
• angelscript and addons headers
• dummy extension
• changelog
• checksums (sha256)

Must-have defines, and anything else which came to mind has been moved, but i'm 95% sure there are things missing in script header. Will add whatever might be missing during V13 by using info from devs / porting some server for own use (maybe even 2238 :P), or both.
