MapperGL does not create crashdumps #2

Exception handler sets filename to \CrashDump...txt, which is invalid on Windows. Does not happen with MapperDX or Client*

Seems crashdump is not created only if config is missing; if it's present, crashdump is created... in client directory, which is not good enough for me.
