Prepare project page

While this repository is a single central point of the whole project, we're going to need less raw place to present what a project IS and what IT'S NOT, easier access to changelog, documentation about new (and old?) features etc.

• [x] page layout Ohhh, that gonna be fun until we agree on something.

• [x] css :upside_down_face: Blending page with global fodev style (header buttons, signature, etc)... Don't think that's a good idea, we waste way too much space there :) More seriously - in long run, fodev style will add nothing more than complexity, without real gain - it's a mess already. Better to cut just what we need, if anything.

• [x] use directories names for creating sections (left menu)
• [x] use ## for creating subpages (left menu)
• [x] fetch new version of files when they change in repository

Looks like we have a markdown renderer. There's also a decent fullscreen page layout right now that I think will work.

CSS can always be a bit nicer, right now it uses fodev main colors, but it's breaking away a bit by using some additional styling on links/buttons. I'll likely fiddle a bit more with content styling, and allow some different stylesheets as alternative, especially a light version since some people prefer that instead.

Webhook is finally working as intended.

Except for some minor stuff, I'd say that docs is ready for usage...
