Wiiflow won't play NTSC game

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I start up Wiiflow and see all the covers
2. I select Red Steel 2(NTSC version)
3. Select play

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of starting the game up, it resets the Wii back to the Wii menu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R304C1 on 4.3U

Please provide any additional information below.
Every other game loads perfectly.

Read something about alt-dol.
This is a non issue.
