Can't install any game 2.2R1 Beta 346_222-249

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load Wiiflow
2.Options--->install game--->Install
3.Starts 0% then goes to 100% very quickly and says "an error has occurred".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

To install the game to the WBFS folder on my FAT32 formatted HDD. I see "an 
error has occurred".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wiiflow 2.2R1 Beta 346_222.dol-249.dol (tried all the .dols)

well this is a well knowing issue.....
if you want installing games to work.... use r304 or revs before that.....

Thanks for the advice but everything else seems to be working so I'll just use 
another program to install the games while I wait for a new solid version like 
347 or something to work. :)

This was only due to the cache not updating, fixed in r379.
