Game (Zumba fitness world party) not launched #572

A specific game (Zumba fitness world party) just got released (5 November 
2013). I've successfully uploaded the game on my HDD. Covers are downloaded. 
When I want to execute the game I get an error saying - Eject disc, restart the 
wii and read the manual.

I've tested this on wiiflow 1.1 and 4.2 (Yes I did not update for a while :)) 
in wifflow 1.1 I changed some settings for launching the game, this did not 
work. All other games (also newer like Mario Party 9) work perfectly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. put Zumba fitness world party on HDD
2. launch game (through wiiflow channel or homebrew channel)
3. Game fails to load. Error - Eject the disc, restart wii

What is the expected output? Game plays

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

To clarify. my wii is running 4.2E and is softmodded
