Edit Range Inputs Meaning? #48

Can anyone please explain what does three inputs to Edit range suggest?. There is an explaination in README but I want a more clear explaination --edit_range 10 10 1 what does this 10 10 1 signify ?

I have the same question. It would be great to know what 'strength' exactly means in this context. For instance, if we aim to age an identity, can we control the specific number of years by which it is aged?
