[BUG] Long rest hit dice message mismatches actual hit dice #187

Describe the bug The Long Rest settings are set to recover HALF hit dice on long rest, rounding DOWN. When my level 3 characters long rest, they correctly recover 1 hit dice, however the chat message says they have recovered 2.

Setup:

Foundry Version: 11.315
System Version: DND5e 2.4.1
Rest Recovery Version: 1.5.2
