Custom feature for Arcane Recovery called Brilliant Recovery does not do anything when a short rest happens.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior Expected the custom feature name to prompt for Arcane Recovery for gaining spell slots but it does not.
