Additional sidebar customizations #42

The sidebar provides configuration options to change the list of notes and to add additional external links. But the static links at the top and the tags at the bottom are hardcoded.

We should provide more configuration options to make the sidebar fully configurable. Some users may not need the Notes page or don't want to show tags in the sidebar.

The Notes section will be customizable in the next version. The other sections remain static for now until someone has a use case for it.
