Add stun immunity for players to prevent stunlock #16

Players should become immune to stuns for a longer duration to prevent stun lockout. For example, the Hammer can stunlock you for 8 rounds of combat because he can spam his stun.

Cyclone can do the same

Cyclone is meant to stun lock you, and force you to use a group his procs are specifically written to do so.

I like mobs having a specific mechanic that can stun for a long period because it should be known about the mob that it will do that. But this issue is more specifically around mobs being able to repeatedly stun players to the point where they can't do anything because the mob is spamming skills like bash or whatever.

One thing that we should emphasize is with our mobs and their mechanics is the ability to allow other players to help you recover via some skill or mechanic like if you get bashed then a teammate can yank you and it'll remove the stun or something like that.
