Improve ELRS / CRSF telemetry to pass RPM and Temperature to the Tx.

This is a difficult problem, because the CRSF protocol does not have these telemetry values.

It is possible to repurpose some of the existing telemetry values. The "reuse" has been now implement in RF2 20231118. It allows using the attitude values for other purposes.
