Most all the parts are designed using OpenSCAD( https://www.openscad.org/ ) . The scripts in the various folders can all be opened in OpenSCAD to generate the solid models or view changes to the design after tweaking the code. An STL file can be generated from that software to 3D print the part. There is a bit of a learning curve to it but it can be fun to use if you are somewhat programming oriented.
They were not designed using a typical CAD package like SolidWorks or AutoCAD to make any of those files available. I think at one point I think there was hope to find a volunteer to re-design the files in one of those softwares but the licensing for the software made it difficult to find many people with time, software, and interest to do it.

I know the Project is not the newest, but I still got my Adapto and I plan to reengineer it. For that reason, it would be nice to have the Solid Part Files (or whatever you have).
