Remove pathMapper in package json and update changelog #47

@dgbeck I updated your changelog, I'm not sure if it's automatic :) Btw I can npm install cartero@6.0.0 but it seems like it's an old version still (formatVersion is still 2 and should be 3 in the latest version)

Thanks @dxuehu . I'm seeing the most recent stuff on npm, maybe same problem as before? Does installing from a different location give same results?

Ahh yes it totally is. Sorry about that, should've noticed the trend :) Apparently we clone all of npm but only occasionally, didn't realize that was happening.
