provide a way to define templates dir in settings #128

Injects settings in the messages in order to render templates from dirs defined at settings. I don't know if that's the better way, but since message is required to render method, is the easiest way withou inspecting ot metaprograming.

@romulocollopy I'm about to rollback the changes of "Flask style". I don't think it really helped and I can see other points where we're going to have problems.
