Idea: Animate button outline on hover #181

Hi,

thank you for this cool lib.

I've create a small proof of concept for animated button outlines on hover: capture

What do you think should/could this be implemented into the core? Are you open for a PR?

Or has anyone else done this already and I just couln't find it?
