GNU Guix and setup.py #7

Hi,

We made a GNU Guix package for agenda today:

Would you accept a PR to add a setup.py file?

This would simplify the Guix package for agenda and make it upstreamable to the GNU Guix package collection: https://guix.gnu.org/en/packages/
