Nano and Spacemacs #101

Is there any way to make Spacemacs look like Nano (specifically theme, modeline, layout, splash, colors...), but without changing how Spacemacs functions - only interested in visual look & feel.

I'm not too familiar with spacemacs so I can't really answer. Note that I've started to split nano-emacs into individual packages that are available on ELPA. You can try them and see if they work with spacemacs.
