nano-mu4e updates for newer mu? #144

Before I start down the path, are there updates to nano-mu4e.el that are almost ready to be shared? I think face names have been changed (at the very least) in more recent mu4e versions, so modifications are likely required. Is there interest in patches or is there a plan for a larger update?

The nano-theme repo mentioned in the Literate dotemacs repo had exactly what I was looking for. I should have combed through them all before creating this issue.
