Add a modeline for the EIN package. This modeline displays the (full, somewhat ugly) buffer name, and then on the right side, displays the header line usually shown by EIN.
I personally do some string maniuplation to shorten the displayed buffer name, but I don't know if that's general enough to include here. If you have thoughts on more user-friendly ways to display the buffer name, I'd enjoy hearing them.
