`nano-setup` should be made interactive #11

Nano-setup needs to be a command so that it can be called with M-x nano-setup as indicated in the README.

Thank you're right. Would mind signing the Copyright assignment form or maybe you already signed it (nano-theme is now on ELPA) ?

No problem but apparently for really small contributions (<15 lines) you and I don't have to. I can though if you prefer to play it «safely» 😉

I would prefer yes, because if you make several contributions (I hope so), I have to count them until they reached 15 lines.
