ePUB Release #10

Thank you, and well done on the release of this fantastic and comprehensive book! I wondered whether you might consider releasing an ePUB edition of it at all? Many thanks!

I didn't look actually. I used LaTeX to have full control of the layout and I'm not too sure I can do the same with an epub. I'll try to look into that but most probably not immediately.

@rougier As you're using ReST format, compiling the book to ePUB should be quite easy (you will probably need to have all figures in PNG/JPEG though). And ePUB is not about layour control, but about flexible layout for small-screen devices. Hope you could provide this format as well!

I hacked (moderatly) the rst2doc.py script for latex and I don't know how much this is compatible with epub. If someone wants to look at it, this will help a lot since I don't have much time do it myself.
