Since Roundcube offers no Mobile App and the fact that Elastic is fully responsive and mobile-ready I've tried in this pull request to add the necessary assets to give Roundcube a more friendly look on mobile devices. This pull request will make sure that Roundcube will be beautifully displayed with icons and splash-screens when it gets bookmarked or added to the home screen on any OS. This pull request contains mainly images, the only change to the code-base was to link these assets.
