Default settings: text when replying to a mail should start above the the quote #89

When replying to a mail, the default setting is cursor starts underneath the quote. Even when you reply underneath, there is usually a "Hi" or something like that before on top. So the better default would be to set the cursor above the quote.

I don't think Roundcube itself will change that. Maybe you can convince Kolab to do this.
