Is it planned that Enigma plugin support autocrypt ? That would be awesome!

It does not and it is not planned.

Actually could that be supported on Roundcube directly, not just in Enigma?

The Autocrypt implementation could indeed be a separate plugin that is used by Enigma and Mailvelope integration.
