I would like to reopen this bug.
I can confirm it happening on Version 0.3-stable using both Outlook 2003 and Thunderbird 2.0.0.16.
It doesn't happen always, only on some emails.
I can't find a way to recreate it but I do have a full message that exhibits this behavior. I have access to the e-mail server so I can forward a zipped copy of this raw message directly from the Maildir directory to any developer interested.
I don't want to post it as-is on the internet, for privary reasons as this is another user's e-mail message, nor do I want to post it crippled, since some of the parts I delete could be cause of the problem.
Anyone interested in this e-mail please contact me at giannis@stoilis.gr

OK, I found a way to reproduce it partially.
I appears whenever the subject starts with latin charachters and the is followed by non-latin ones, for example Greek characters.
The following subject can re-create it: dsfds ???????????????
I would also like to add the the e-mail can be rendered in RoundCube itself and Thunderbird but not on Outlook. The original message I have breaks outlook too.
If you cannot reproduce it, tell me to send you a message.

I added the attachments you requested.
I should add that I cannot reproduce it as easily as I thought afterall...
Let me know if I can provide you with anything else.

The message source looks correct. It works with RC and Thunderbird. Assume Outlook's bug.
