The deprecation warnings are irrelevant.

Looks like 'crypt' option is not supported in password_ldap_encodage
. Also, the default is not 'crypt', but 'md5-crypt'. So, the option description and default value will need to be fixed. This option accepts essentially the same algorithms as in password_algorithm
.
