Those folders can be hidden by unsubscribing them

In my office we use an open source groupware server (Kolab) which uses some pre-defined IMAP mail folders for storing data such as contacts, calendar and such. These are special folders, which only Kolab-enabled mail clients are able to understand correctly. To Roundcube and others, they're just regular IMAP mail folders, as any others I may have.
In the folders list, these special folders are shown and I'd like to have a configuration option (global/local) where I could "hide" them. I know I could just unsubscribe from them, however my regular mail client would re-subscribe to them everytime I checked for new mails.
Btw thanks for Roundcube, it's a really nice app.
