[plugin_manager] Unable to hide receipt

I.  Issue Description:

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Go to Manage Plugins > Customer Account
2. Attempt to hide a receipt
3. Nothing happens

I expect the row of that receipt to go away. But nothing happens. No errors are 
shown. Just nothing. A bug?

Oh I see. This just hides sensitive parts. I wanted to remove the whole row so 
that's something else.
