I.  Issue Description:
While "calendar" works as expected, with "calendar_plus" installed calendaring 
function in Roundcube is stucked to "loading". I'm able to change dates in left 
pane, follwed by changing contents of main pane, but none of on-screen buttons 
work: Create Event, Users, ... Mail, Address Book, even Settings and Logout 
don't work.

There is no single error in Apache log files.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. "calendar" plugin was installed and it works
2. "calendar_plus" in unpacked - installed to server, it is enabled
3. click to "Calendar" icon in taskbar - it is permanently "loading"

Strange, "Compose mail" button works.
