[calendar_plus] - Enter one-line summary #757

I.  Issue Description:

baikal caldav and carddav server do not work with roundcube plugins 
(calender_plus and carddav_plus). Baikal server works with Thunderbird and 
Android.

The calendar sync button sais that sync (Abgleich) was successful even when 
providing a wrong link.

The baikal carddav server worked with a previous version of roundcube / plugins.

I can provide a test account to the developer but not on public sites.

Closing as invalid even it might be valid. Support for old calendar_plus will 
be closed on Dec, 26th.
