The ghost blocks for the structure look entirely real to the client and stick around for a long time, so can be stood on. This gets the client kicked for flying if done for long enough.

Maybe instead of these sticking around, just flash them at the client and clear straight away? Would let people see the structure but without risk of getting kicked.
