FTBFS - test error

PROBLEM: FTBFS

One test in error.

METHOD:

1. wget http://epubcheck.googlecode.com/files/epubcheck-src-3.0.1.zip
2. unzip epubcheck-src-3.0.1.zip
3. cd epubcheck-src-3.0.1
4. mvn install

RESULT:

[INFO] BUILD FAILURE

EXPECTED:

[INFO] BUILD SUCCESS

No tests in error.

PLATFORM:

Debian Sid:
Linux debian 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.41-2 x86_64 GNU/Linux

ADDITIONAL INFO:
Please fix 
src/test/java/com/adobe/epubcheck/api/Epub20CheckTest.testMissingFullpathAttribu
teIssue236(). It fails with NPE as there is no invalid/issue236.epub, but 
invalid/Issue236.epub instead.

Build doesn't fail on Mac or Windows. Seems to be a Linux issue.
However, I see your point and will rename the file in trunk
