epubcheck-3.0.1 throws unwanted error #281

PROBLEM:

When i was validating a .epub file agianst the updated epubcheck-3.0.1, it 
throws an unwanted error on page-template.xpgt. But no error had been thrown 
when the same .epub was valid against epubcheck-3.0.

METHOD:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Re-check the updated version.
2.
3.

RESULT:

File not valid for unwanted reasons.

EXPECTED:

Kindly solve the above issue in the updated version(epubcheck-3.0.1)

PLATFORM:

Windows-7

ADDITIONAL INFO:

It would be better if the issue had been solved in the updated version.

Please see issue 271 for further details.
You need to declare a fallback for page-template.xpgt. However, if fallback is 
declared correctly, error is still beeing thrown - this seems to be a bug in 
3.0.1.
