Hi there,
I am at the moment testing the BTK commands to create higher resolution reconstructed outputs from my 2D slices. I added an outlier slice rejection algorithm to the existing pipeline and that improved my outputs. I am aiming for publishing my results. I just want to cross-check with you if you have already added any outlier slice rejection algorithm for the T2 weighted MRIs and if not, is there any issue with this software license if I publish my results using existing BTK commands and an additional outlier slice rejection step?
There is currenty no slice rejection in BTK. It is indeed an important step to improve the reconstruction results. We are currently implementing the reconstruction pipeline using Python.
