Activity on agora or co-creation room creates notifications, but no e-mail (on personal address) is sent to user

A first notification by e-mail in the discussion room of Agora, see screen shots: (1) Enable the button for notification

(Mail sent by Prato) Only for Prato platform, enable "Notifiche Email" button for already created rooms in the Agora

(Mail sent by Prato in febraury 14th 2017) New re-design of discussion room When a room is created, all receive notification of new room but the flag is turned off (b.) if a user joins in the room, the flag automatically is setted on (means he has some interest). (c.) the user can switch off

excluding from the notification (by e-mail) the comment author
