Utrecht datasets on NL-SPOD

" most of the Utrecht datasets that are currently on SPOD are not working. If you filter the datasets from dataplatform and then filter on Utrecht you will find datasets. Interestingly when I just looked there are only 22 datasets left while yesterday there were 73. Are they already working on it?

If you look at the actual dataplatform website you will see that there a lot more datasets on that website (https://utrecht.dataplatform.nl/data). And these datasets are working. SPOD links to dataplatform but somehow something goes wrong."

It seems that this is a SPOD issue (https://github.com/routetopa/spod/issues). We are planning to deploy TET for Utrecht later this week.

Hi @callmealien, I just checked and I found 73 datasets. I've update the cache (platform admin can do it: Installed Plugins -> SPOD Open Data Enabler -> SETTINGS -> PROVIDERS) and now the datasets are 112 (using same filters).

Moreover, if that's what you meant, the number of datasets in https://utrecht.dataplatform.nl/data do not have to necessarily coincide with the number of datasets in https://dataplatform.nl/data filtered on 'Utrecht'. The dataset name is independent of the organization name.

@rended, thanks for updating the cache, and I get your # of datasets argument.

The issue now is that, although the datasets can be accessed on SPOD, creating datasets with most of the 112 datasets is a problem - only 17 of the 112 datasets can be used to create datasets so far. In many cases i.e. with Utrecht vs NL Labor Force data (samenstelling beroepsbevolking), users can only create a table, and not a bar or column chart for example, grouped by category

Hi @callmealien , The dataset shows null rows (missing data), if you add the following filter in the step 2) of the Controllet

• Nederlands "not contains" null

Would it be possible to add this helpful tip in step 2, say at the top of the page, suggesting use of this filter especially for users looking to create datasets?

Hi @callmealien,

In the step 2) of the Controllet warnings (yellow little triangle) are available to suggest little issues about the dataset (such as empty "The column " has 2 empty values) (please see below screenshot)
