API Key integration from peeringDB #9

There is several messages like : 

{'message': 'Request was throttled. Expected available in 57 seconds. Authenticate for less restrictions. For more information: https://docs.peeringdb.com/howto/api_keys/', 'meta': {'error': 'Too Many Requests'}}

when using the API with this tool.

I propose to integrate API key proposed by PeeringDB for managing some limitations related to that.

API keys from peeringdb can be obtained only for AS organization, so inaccessible for external AS people...

I close the issue which is useless
