xposed v88 v88.1 installed not active or active but all xposed modules says xposed not installed or activaed. hltetmo nougat vidwhal build 9.04 lightningwall greenify myandroidtools exposed

I had the same issue (on OnePlus 3T 7.1.1). It was fixed by uninstalling the XposedInstaller and doing a fresh installation.
