allow item-data to be used for Consume, Obtain Item, & Craft Item

And USE_ITEM also INTERACT_WITH_ANVIL, also to allow for custom items to be identified when being fixed and used.

Like use a specific custom item 50 times or fix a specific custom item 5 times.
