Scrape More Repo Data

It would be awesome to grab more data from GitHub. E.g.

• Look for package manager files so we can indicate which package managers the library supports
• Search for files matching .less, .sass, .scss, .styl in the repo, which we can use to automatically indicate which preprocessors the library uses
• Pull in the README text which could be used to provide better search results
• Pull in package.json or component.json keywords for better search results
