How doesnt download on click?

I need that when click button "print" open a screen print for choose between print or pdf. Example: http://mapas.fortaleza.ce.gov.br

When click in "Imprimir", choose between A3 or A4 and click in Download and open another page with print or pdf. How I can do it?
