WMV download takes a long time to complete #1

When downloading a wmv video the last few packets take a long time to be be 
written. It appears as if the download has stalled.

This is caused by the DataSink taking a long time to complete and end the 
connection. The download may have finished but the browser will keep trying up 
while the connection is open.
