WebApp doesn't work correctly under IE due the all requests being cached #7

Most noticeable affect was that the folders tree was incorrect when logging in 
as root, but basically meant that after using the site for the first time it 
became static and didn't reflect all changes made to the repository.

Need "Cache-control: noncache" added to all response headers
