Root spago.dhall and IDE workspace #7

How do you work with this project in IDE? Do you open folders separately as different workspaces?

It is quite convenient to work with it as monorepo workspace, just need to add root spago.dhall.

As well as other things like vscode settings could be lifted to the root, or configure mult-root vscode workspace (I've actually never used/needed them).

What do you think about it?

Right now, we just open the core folder in VSCode (or the prettier-plugin-... one, but more rarely). I'm open to anything that improves upon this.
